Making Longtail Term Generation Easier?

Is there any software out there at the moment that makes it easier to build a spreadsheet of longtail terms?

Currently I am entering my money term, downloading the first 150 results then washing and repeating my way through the original list. I like the result of having 1k + keywords but don't like the mind numbing process so any tools free or paid would be worth their weight in gold.

That would depend on how many bells and whistles it included. I think a fair price for something like this would be $70 - $100.
