Making iframe need to change ip after ending list ?

Since i read all answers about all questions about ip, i want to know please if when i have finish my list of bingo affiliates links (making iframe) do i need to change ip please ?

Because if i do exemple same company and differents affiliates links same ip does it work o no (sorry if you can not read my english)
