Making good money with lead generation business..

I have been reading money making methods. And several guys post about selling leads and make good money per month. But there is no guide for this like other methods...

Would it be a good idea to contact wedding planners, architects, interior designers and ask for a commision or a fixed price for every lead I send? Ofcourse the price would vary.

I plan to create leads through FB, local print ads ( using creativity).

I have a large team manually collecting contact data for email guest post outreach. Would love to find a way to monetize the data. Any ideas?

This might work if you have a good network of quality local services. Problem is your customers might go straight to the providers on the 2nd time so you'll have to work out how to hang onto them.

Most threads I've read on the subject do fixed price per number. With charging a commission, who's to the business owner you're dealing with will be honest? You'll also have to worry about things like tracking customers to see their invoices to make sure you're not being taken for a ride.
When selling leads keep in mind the value of the customers lifespan (repeat customer), not just the initial value.
