Making fb page go viral in my area

Looking for a little insight in making my fb page go viral in my city. I have a group buy website and want to get fans of my page by viral marketing versus paying for clicks. any ideas?

also i came across capt cha hakcer and don't know how to use his fb programs. anyone wanna clue me in?r
