Making effective Press Releases

when making press release articles, is it ok to just copy content from the url you are making the press release for? is that missing the point, I don't really get the whole press release thing. How do I go about making a press release and if I make one do I submit the same press release article to all press release sites or do I need to make unique articles for each one?

If no one with more experience responds, then i will suggest you use a software and follow the footprints. you can for example use SENUKE X Trail version for two weeks and then follow with it does (unless you wish to buy the software). This is how i have been learning

Duplicate content is never welcome, so, it's better to rewrite or spin the original press release for better results. As for different SEO software, it may help you submit articles, spin'em, but will not rewrite them or make the decision for u
