Making bunches of backlinks

Hi guys,

Probably pretty noobish question, but I'll take my shot and ask it

What services, either here or online, I can use to create backlinks. I'm actually checking for some tool that I an give it custom number and type of backlinks, and it'll create it automatically.
I can't afford Scrapebox yet, and since my Internet connections sucks, I would need some VPS for it.

Thanks guys, I will try these out. Will also search there for some more tools.
IT's just a huge list of everything there and I'm kind of lost
