I am just curious how can we make a browser redirect into another website periodically. For example, if you was to visit www.domain.com it would redirect to another site. Not all the time, but maybe every 10 visits to the site or something?

How could we set something up in the background for it to to this. Maybe we could have an exe file execute that would be hidden. Then it would start right away?

Use PHP 301 redirect? Have a cookie that counts visits?

    301 redirect?

I am talking about domains we don't own. For example, say someone visits www.target.com. It will redirect into another site (periodically)?

I think you must go to hackforums to ask that and not here ;)
