You're better off using older accounts, if you add too many friends daily with a new account, they'll disable it. I ended up with 5k friends in 2 days with an older account, new accounts, I can't get past 100 or so friends without the banhammer

I have 85 people posting a few times a month. My friends are too old, so I am looking to find more groups to engage with. What can I do to build a list with email address? I have a book offer that I wrote.
