Making another Upwork Client Account

Looking to see if anyone can help, my Upwork client account got banned for job against TOS.

Normally I would just create another using VPN and different info, but they seem to be shutting everything down now. I even used a cloud gaming PC I have which is not connected to anything on my original PC.

Any tips?

Take your time and prepare a proper application. Its getting harder and harder to have an application approved.
