Making an outro that can be used for content ID

Have any of you made your own outro music that can be used in videos that would also be eligible for content claims on other videos?

I did read that using Garageband wouldn't work maybe that's using the preset loops ect.

just after the best way to make something myself that is only about 25 seconds long
 
Try something with LMMS. It's an opensource midi composing software, and it works fine. As for inspiration, i am not sure. It will depend on how good you are with music composing. There's no shortcut to it though I think...

edit: I fixed the typo, it would be LMMS not LMS :P

I'll give it a try thanks, I'm not looking to create a masterpiece just something that would be unique really. I did try and upload something to TuneCore but it came back release not send, because I guess it had some loops. they didn't say exactly why

It's pretty easy to understand, I mean LMMS. So, you should be good to start without having to learn too many things.
I would suggest going with some easy progressions like 1 4 5 (in C key it should be C F G, all major chords) for starting. Best of luck :)
