Making A Team for Authority Site Creation

Hey guys, i just thought that it would be much efficient to make a team of blackhatters to create daily Authority Websites or blogs for Adcense mostly and some for Affiliate products. The team has to be consistent and efficient in a way that everyone knows its job on the current project. That way we can easily create 3-5 Authority websites per week and within a month make up to $1k in autopilot, and increase it every month by creating more and more.

Looking For:
Keyword/Domain Researcher with experience and programs to do the job and set up domains
Designer/Template Setup at least few years of working with CMS
Content Writer good writing skills with examples
On Site SEO has to know what to do with onsite SEO
Off Site SEO (2) link building pro, mostly manual
Social Networker update and increase social networks for building projects

If you cannot spend at least 2 hours of your time on this work please do not even write back. I am looking for people who are willing to work and earn good money. If you will join the team and your performance will slow down the team or you will be unavailable for some reasons or cause delays you will be thrown off the team and new member will be added.

There's usually only three things someone needs.

A good site theme, a content writer and an SEO specialist.

It is very easy to outsource the content and you can grab a free theme easily.

I think the plan is to get a team together and then think of a plan. Which is a backwards way to do things. He doesn't know what resources he actually needs and he's recruiting already.
