Making a PPD landing website?

I have just purchased a decent domain name and I am looking to make a website in which I will add the various download links for my niche, I was wondering which is the best free online website for making such a website, I was looking at wordpress but I don't know any code so I wasn't sure how well I would be able to customize the site, it doesn't need to be anything amazing, just clean, simple and look pretty professional.

wordpress doesn't require you to code, those are the plugins and themes' job.
 
I still recommend using Wordpress. No coding skills needed and everything is customizable. Also, the variety of available themes (and plugins) is huge! Visit themeforest.com to check their themes, most Wordpress themes are $40 - $50, although you could find them for free (on BHW).

Using Wordpress is a great idea, because Wordpress is widely used in IM you will help yourself in the future, it is not really hard as it sounds and there are so many good video tutorials explaining how to deal with it, take your time it will be good future investment, atleast i hope so.

As you already own a domain. Check the wordpress.org, read around, check youtube tutorials how to install and use it, search in BHW for various tips using Wordpress there were some discussions here.
 
I suggest making your own simple and clean landing page, it's really not that hard once you get the hang of the basics of css/html.
Knowing the basics of html can really help you in the future as well, it'll be a learning experience!
 
There are many free but clean/professional WP themes to choose from, you don't even have to spend extra money for one. And you could look at YouTube tutorials and get trained like lightning in setting one up. Just get started from there, and you will have one up in no time.
