Making a PayPal account on a different country

Hey guys. I live in a country which does not allow sending payments to Family/Friends and I need this option.
Which country is optimal to choose when I create an account? I need something easy to verify, like with credit card.

Dont think you can do this on your own. I know there is a verifying service on BHW to do this for you but i dont know the link url. search around im sure it will come up.

I had the same problem as you, so I just choosed Switzerland as my country, and everything is working fine, But if you wanna withdraw your money, that's a different thing, can't help you on that >_< I created paypal at first just to make some money to invest in the near future so .. anyway back to the subject, try with Switzerland it should work for you too!

am I the only one who finds this hard to believe?
dont play around with paypal guys, your money will end up being blocked by them for months. if you aren't 100% sure you can make false documents/photoshop, and stuff, don't even try. I suggest you try a service here on bhw, that does these kind of stuff, but please ask all details before making a purchase.

totally agree with this guy, and also i don't think you will face any problem at first but there is no guarantee you can fool them all time

As long as I use my real name, real address ( second Address ) it won't be a problem, i can send my ID if it's required, so ...

What country are you from? in most of the asian countries paypal has limited its services,due to the government issues and laws
