Making a new youtube account with partner!

k guys so im going to start a new channel for gaming. the main reason for this is because i need help thinking of a good name and im a partner so i can take almost any name i want as long as the original name hasnt been logged in in over 6 months or has been closed/terminated.

its for all games. universal. like halo, cod, etc...

1. i need a name
2. how and where can i get contracts for rights for the games?
3. what color is yellow?

well any account that has been Closed, deleted, or not logged into for over 1 year. so original accounts like Gamer, Hacker, Blackhat, LoL, anything like that

some faggot named darienhacker got mad because i caught him trying to scam my subscribers so i unsponsored him...

i had a jtag and would make modded lobbies with my channel "laziestnoob" i had 46000 subscribers and started sponsoring other modders. then he begged for a spot i gave him it and got his channel 5000 subscribers. then a few of my customers said they were scammed by him so i ditched him. then he uploaded that video and told all his subs (my subs) to reupload for free lobbies....

fucking cunt managed to get my account suspended by mass flagging me... good time >.>

any other random questions?

go to google and type laziestnoob. you will see tons of lobby videos and tags with my name and results.

if you're a partner on that suspended account just email youtube's top secret email and they'll unban u.

and as u see there i did contact youtube support and partner support. they did what they can... but not much

ive had my accounts banned numerous times and youtube unbanned me after i called george.
