Making a new paypal?

Ok. I'm trying to get back on paypal. Can I make a new paypal with a new name under a proxy, and link it to a bank account I own (never used with paypal), then use a VCC?

Also: can US bank accounts be verified with a savings account?

Also: if you request a check be sent to an address that was linked to a paypal that had been limited, will you get screwed?
(Can I just send the check to a PO box? and would it matter if I wanted my name on the check?)

i believe you can add a savings account.. otherwise they didn't had the Checking or Saving check box when adding the bank account.

Did they get limited because you used the same address, or did they get limited because of a different reason?

Ye for #2 you can use a savings account. My paypal account is verified by a savings account and a pre-paid credit card. lol

they got limited for other reasons.. basically all ended up asking for SSN so i had to wait 180 and withdraw lol

Make SURE you use different fresh information. i have an account without an ssn, verified by a drivers license and utility bill that does not work for vcc. they want an ssn when i try to use it.
