making a new account from same phone?

I want to start over as the niche for my account is not what I want it to be and I only have 350 followers right now. I have read you can only have one account per phone or it marks them as business accounts, what is the best way to get a fresh start and not be penalized for past account or multiple accounts.

You can create up to 3 accounts per 1 phone. Or you can buy an already registered account

I thought if you make more then one account on your phone tiktok will see you as a business and thus limit your reach

You can make as many account as possible on a single phone just be careful of Shadow banning

See you as a business or as spam, yes. It also might end up with more severe restrictions (blocks, ban) if you create too many accounts from the same phone or within the same IP range. Better be safe with fewer accounts, than sorry !

Don't try to be spam. You can create 3 per day or what if you want to have a valuable account.
