Hi BHW members!
I have made a website about a Youtuber, whoi is becoming more and more successful. The site itself clearly states that it's a fan page and not managed by the said Youtuber. I display ads on the site and aggregate posts from other sources such as Reddit, Youtube etc. I'm not using any of his logos or stealing his content nor am I pretending to be him in any way.
Is it possible, that the Youtuber will be able to threaten me with legal action? The site is getting some attention and a few ad clicks here and there. I have already added a disclaimer, stating that I'll delete any inappropriate content that gets aggregated from other sites.
