Hey guys

can anyone help me make an html contact form ?

I want it to look like this:

Including the square box with the written stuff in it. I also want it to you use a css of my site. Can anyone help me please ?

Use a service that has webforms such as getresponse or aweber.

Creating a form is easy, but you then need to have a way to process the data. The way that's done will vary depending on your development platform. Alternatively, you can use ready-made tools such as those suggested in previous posts, but even the free ones may come at a cost. For example, if you use jotform, then your messages may be stored on their servers. If you're cool with that, then by all means go for it.

I've used them to. 200 submissions free, then $9/month and no skills required.

There's some self hosted versions to, but I can't remember the name and don't know how to use them.

just do a google search you can find a bunch of templates that are already coded, just need to update with your e-mail address where you want results sent to
