First of all ask yourself some questions.

    1. For what OS or must it be multiple OS'en?
    2. Most it be a website or a stand alone program?
    3. What programming experience have you?

My main language is Python and Java, I like those two because they are easy and work both on more then only Windows they are also made for web applications.
If you want start easy and only for windows I can recommend Visual basic or C#.
Have you some more experience then you can start with C/C++ those are high level languages and are very powerful maybe a little to powerful for making some easy bots.

If you need more information or some help with a start please shoot me a pm and I can give you some useful tips and tricks to start.
With my own 10 years experience I can give you a very good start

Thanks for all your help. I have no programming back ground, but willing to learn.

Hey earlier on when I was a kid I learned to program with Auto-it. Its a very useful program to simulate mouseclicks. It would also be useful to learn the foundations of programming. Keep in mind this isnt an extremely powerful programming language. It doesn't support multi-threading and it isn't object oriented but it may be useful to start with.

Correction, C/C++ are both lower level languages, not nearly as low as Assembly but low none the less.
High level languages are those .net languages and the likes.

Autoit is a scripting language, not really a programming language. However, is very powerful if you know how to use it. This is how I do all of my bots at the moment, twitter,yt,fb bots and the likes are easy to do with autoit.Who cares about multithreading, just run mulitple instances and your set.

If you want to make the bots for sell I would recommend you to learn c# (easy route), c++ (harder but safier in many aspects) or java (another easy route).

If you are not planning to sell it and wants to run the codes from a linux server hosted else where then php or perl or python or asp will suffice.

Since you said you have no background, I would say start by reading some programming logic buts so you know how to think when developing something.

Having fun correcting people? I'm sure you clarifying that its a scripting language really solved his problem.

Thanks Guys. I will check out the diffirent types of programming. I want to make a bot cause i cant find one that will do what I want. And also i do not have the money to hire someone to build it for me. I do not want to post on here what I want the bot to do to reveal what i am working on. But thanks to everyone that replied.

Thats ok, but you could for example tell us things like it will be to auto post to a website where I would like it to run from my computer or I will be monetizing it, etc, this would help us to give you a better insight of what would suit you better ;) you don't need to directly tell us what you will do with it.
