Making a Blog

As I am fairly new to this site, I was wondering, is it worth my time making a blog? I know how to find niches and such with low competition and such, but is it still worth making a blog? What I mean by, is it worth it, is that will I ever see a profit from the blog? Like, a large profit (well, large I guess would be like $50+ daily) that's pretty good for one blog daily, right? Also, any of you on here have a blog making a good profit? Thanks for any info, just don't want to waste my months and earn nothing or close to nothing a day.

It depends on how you rank your website and how much content you put out on your blog. Niche plays a key role in this as well.

You can identify who is your competition, rank them and identify unique selling points that they don't have
Be patient, content generation requires great amount of efforts and time, not a one day kind...
Always remember, Rome isn't build within one day, so does a successful running blog depicts

First, select a perfect low competition but high traffic topic then identify your competitors. Add some data in your website and build quality backlinks to get some rank in Google search engine. Do not forget to get traffic from social networking sites like Facebook.

Well, topic and keywords will play main role here. You have to choose it wisely. If all goes well and topic or keywords have high competition and its worthless. I hope that helps.
