YES. The site was about 2 years Old when I applied for CPA programs and also bringing about 50-60 uniques/day BUT that was not enough traffic.

What programs do you use that are COMPLETE FORMS with 5-12 FIELDS?
I'm not asking what exactly you promote, just an example of an offer. And what CPA websites do you use? The offers aren't incentive are they?

-If they aren't another tip from me is that you must fake your referer or blank it in order to stay "as under the radar as you can".
I like blanking, because most of the CPA AM won't ban you if they find out, as long as you don't go crazy and earn $1k/day lol!:D
Also, you can use CPA-R which is a script shared here for free that helps you do that! The free version or standalone one is perfect for your needs!

-Another thing you should consider is that if your visitors don't mind spending 10-15 min. to complete 5-12 fields, then you can also use a content gateway which protects your content/programs-link with an survey or an offer. A CPA that offers this is also CPA LEAD -> hxxp://www.C*P*A*L*E*A*D.com/ (Remove the asterisks and change xx to tt).
The pros here is that is all whitehat, you don't bother to fake or blank your referer because all(almost 95%) their offers/surveys are incentive. A cons to this is that they pay a little low. (And they are legit and DO pay).
I don't know how much your advertisers pay you to promote their programs, but just add this option to your ************** of weapons too... Just my 2 cents!

Ans.Currently am using 3 programs as following : 1.Insurance Offer (needs 8 fields to fill up). 2. Online Marketplace Registration (like ebay) {needs 6 fields to fill up} AND 3. Survey Website offer (needs 12 fields for registration)

Ans. CPA-R=CPA Redirector= a plugin for worpress and any other hosting platform that can fake your leads referer and fool the AM. Your real source of traffic will not be found at most cases, if you set it right, and you'll get away with it and your $. The official thread is:

Well, yourmailinglistprovider seems OK with capturing leads regarding anything. Its a PAID service SO they are not bothered WHAT purpose you capturing leads for. Its coding is too very simple (html) & in YMLP setup, you just have to mention the target url to forward your visitor to, AFTER capturing leads

Thanks for your detailed explaination about the queries I made. They would surely help me in making some tasks easier for me. Also I would like to ask if You (or someone else) knows a way to send BULK emails to my collected list of subscribers? I have never send any mail to anyone on my list, coz I do not have such mailing solution. Can you (or someone else) please help me in this regard?

Nothing, always here to help you!

When you say "send an email to my collected list of subscribers"? you mean the captured leads with YMLP?
Then it's easy. I don't know the features of this program, I suppose it's the same with Aweber right?
If it is, then the program will send the emails automatically and they won't be recognized as spam or junk/bulk email, but arrive in their inbox - an e.x of this are the newsletters(that's what Aweber does).
If it doesn't then spending a few more $/month(about $10 more) would be good and go with Aweber, or another alternative would be Get Response.
Although Aweber rocks and dominates!

If you have leads/emails and not subscribers and want to send bulk mail to them, then I recommend using a SMTP server that is capable of doing this, but make sure it's not blacklisted.
For more info check the "email marketing" sub-forum, you'll find a lot of options in there for this.

Yes, I have opt-in leads BUT the problem is, sending mail to them is VERY expensive with Awebar OR Getresponse OR YMLP. (Since I have about 2.5 million users on my list) It will cost me a lot to send them my offers IF I use any of the 3 services mentioned above SO the best bet could be ONLY emailing thru SMTP BUT even after searching a lot, I could not find a better way for emailing.

Would be highly obliged if someone can help me in this regard
 
Okay I will go ahead and post about this network I use. They've got a very good content gateway page, highly customizable, and excellent conversion rates. They've also got a file gateway if you are wanting to promote and monetize downloadable content.

Ummm, you have 2.5 million opt-ins and you have no idea how to mail to them??? These must not be YOUR opt-ins I'm guessing, and probably very old leads...

Yes,the case is the same as I stated. I never sent a single mail to anyone on my list. REASON? I was just collecting leads for future use and leads were kept on piling up. Yes, some of the leads might be old, BUT the WHOLE list is not crap at all, COZ these are my personally collected leads which is not available anywhere else. (its unique and genuine)

I am rotating offers every 45 days and take care of the type of offers Im promoting. Yes, some offers are geotargeted and some accepts worldwide traffic. BTW, my main traffic comes from US/Uk/Canada (about 70%) and rest is divided into other countries

Now, regarding your first query, as I stated in my original post, my main traffic comes from search engines
