where do you find unreleased songs? and how do you make money out of it without getting copyright striked from owner?

Is there limit to how many videos you can repost? Can you link to thread where you got the method?
 
When you upload copyrighted content even if it's not published yet on youtube....G tends to ban you right before you can withdraw the money.
