I am thinking of joining one of these two networks because they have viewable dashboards and are the only ones I know of that do, but as far as payouts it is a mystery to me so can anyone enlighten me on which is the better choice? I appreciate any help! Thanks.

Fullscreen is better..
Personally it's fullscreen vs. adsense because you dont have to split your revenue with anyone other then google, but on the opposite side some of the bonuses you get from fullscreen are very essential such as.
1.Click Bomb protection(if you click on your own add you disable your adsense account cant make money)
2.They protect you from copyright claims such as stolen content, game footage(gameplay), and music etc.. so you dont get flagged
3. Royalty free music for your videos ( you dont have to pay to use the songs)
4.Gorilla Campaigns basically you promote sponserd videos following there guidelines and make 25-40$ CPM with no revenue split
5.Premium ads that bring in more money ( you still don't make as much as adsense though)
