Makeing proxy list ?

So i am sitting here as a noob and have got my hands on this post (picture att) Now igramtool needs a proxy list to make bulk account. how to i make that list ? is it just copy all that and post into a text document or how do i go about making such list that i can upload into my desired software ?

notepad copy paste your proxies each line 1 proxy.
it should go like this :
proxy : proxyport : proxyusername: proxypassword

Arr okay easy as that thanks. do you happen to know anything about igramtool and jarvee ? or followlike ? and if other seeing this does can someone PM me ?
