Today a customer requested a $5 refund. I asked why he was doing this, he said he didn't like the service.

I am so angry at this answer! I said I wouldn't do refunds and he started insulting me.

I told him to shut his fucking mouth, and I challenged him to a fist-to-fist duel. He was terrified of this and gave up asking for a refund.


I am always good at managing customer relations. I work for their happiness.
 
Ok, I´m weak, I admit that .. I laughed.
 
give the money back and dont think about it ,
