Hey just wondering if I make a website like Viral Nova in another language, (not copying content) just scraping out good info and change it a bit, can this still make some money from traffic? or google will send the website to the sandbox? (like for copying photos etc)

Instead of relying on organic traffic why don't you try using social networks to drive traffic to your site? Most of the people that I know who've done this method used FB. The thing is they used facebook ads. So be prepared to have a decent budget if you plan on going this route.

First of all if you dont want to waste to much time trying to get a decent amount of traffic you should try as paper-boy already said to get traffic from social networks. you should try to get a lot of facebook fans which is not that easy if you are not really into facebook unless you get some posts go viral. i know someone who owns a facebook fanpage and already got a lot of money of it with adsense alone. But sadly Google banned him over and over again. So now he's driving all of his traffic from facebook to viralnova 
According to him they pay really well ^^ So you should try to make a lucrative offer for other people who already have big pages from those times when even a monkey could get a million fans to drive traffic to your website. If you have some money to invest you should really invest it into something that will go to 99% viral ^^ I have something in my mind

I think you should use social media traffic for website like viral nova. Search engine traffic is hard to get.
Yep I know, but to make money Can Adsense Ban my website for copied or translated content?

AdSense can ban you because someone burnt popcorn in the company microwave, or because if the phase of the moon. You get the idea.
Personally, I'd stay away from copied content. The site you copied it from could decide to complain to Google about it.
Just do the best you can to stay within their ToS and be as white hat as possible where AdSense is concerned. I've had my account for nearly 10 years and it has worked well for me (knock on wood).

So for example if I make a website like Viral Nova, just copying viral images and write unique content (in another language) should I be safe? Because most of Viral News have the same images/videos with different articles.. I don't think using same images/videos (like from 9gag/Viral nova) can go against the Adsense ToS.

You should be fine I guess. But make sure you credit the images to the original author.

I just find some curious news on the internet (in english lang) and then I write my own unique content (in another lang and using copywriting skills) to get some traffic/viral traffic. I've placed Adsense.. I've a doubt.. what about the image copyrights? If I give credits to the original image in an article (for example if image is from viral nova) will adsense allow this? Or is better to get free images (ex. from getty images)?

I use this method , but also in English , the US traffic is very hard and expensive , i copy content from viral websites and advertise on FB , it's my first week , i start with low budget , you also have to try and try ..... to get best POE (lowest cost / post engagement ) ...
about copying content , they don't has and unique , they copied all their images and write some short sentences to deswcribe the image . they gey images from reddit , imgur .. tubmlr

Yes, I think it's good to just give credits in the image description and people won't care. I'll add you.

Facebook reach is so low these days. Still doable, but I'd be looking at other social traffic sources.
