Make video ad from my audio track?

I have an audio track of a man speaking. I need a video ad made for my site from it.

Looking for creative use of colors, visual tie-ins, and timing. Not just some random effects with the audio track playing in the background. PM examples of your work. I need this by next monday. payment will be made by paypal

edit: My budget is open ended. Willing to pay for quality.

Can you shed some light on the -1 iTrader? I can do this for you using Pinnacle, but it won't be cheap. I don't send samples of video. I start work and then send you a watermarked preview. You can pay me upon completion, but the video will be watermarked until payment hits my bank account from PayPal.

Essentially I ordered some MNS sites and got a "free" one. The "Free" one was completely useless (content didn't match the searches think their vs there). I bitched about it and left neg feedback on the seller. Seller in turn left me neg and here we are today.

If you won't send examples I don't want to hire you.

pm me if you want. i can send you samples of previous works if you need. we deal with fcp, aftereffects, houdini, etc. wont be cheap if you want quality.

I want to create an audio voice CD.

I also will probably need to edit it as I develop it.

I have recorded my voice on my mp3 player and could place that on a cd, but would I be able to edit that???

It would be similar to creating an audio CD for a book or a story and having the ability to edit it.
