Make VBA paypal accounts or not ? That's the question !

I don't know if the good section but Let me ask you a question.
I want to make money with clickbank adwords adf etc ...

My question is ...

Do you have multiple paypal accounts to cash this money or cash you all these amounts in your personal paypal account without risk.
If yes with your personal account. If my advertiser account is down (deleted), how will I use this one again ? I create new advertiser account and Change my Paypal email ?

Why this question ?
just the paypal accounts are limited average 2000$ /years (with only verified statut) after I must send justifications.
so 160$/month it's not very much... so i must multiply Paypal accounts !

Or another question : is it possible to unleash completly a paypal account without no limitation ? And how much does it cost ?

I don't think mine has a limit, you have to verify bank account and SSN I think it was

I know how to do it but you can get in allot of trouble for it.

About limitations in my country from a (average) 2000 ? pp request me ID card photo.

About phone verification I find the solution.
