Make subsequent posts merge to avoid double posts

So my request is simple.

This would be fairly easy to implement and highly practical.

When you submit a post, check if the previous post was posted by the same user. If it was the same user, merge both posts.

A feature that should be here in 2021.

Interesting idea, I'll bring it up in the next meeting.

Something to keep in mind is that the request may get rejected as we need to consider if implementing this feature will conflict with anything else currently running on the forum.
