As for selling spun articles, yeah it's silly because you're going to get caught and may screw some people over in the process. However, I really have a hard time mustering up pity for those people on iWriter offering $1 for a 500 word article. You want quality, you pay for it.

A lot of Fiverr's seller use this method. I've read this method elsewhere. The title was something like "Earn $xxx/day from Fiverr."

This shit has been around for a while and it is pure crap. I hope when you buy content someone delivers this bullshit to you. You're stealing peoples money, this never works, never lasts, period. I mean even for churn and burn, would you really fuck someone else up for a few dollars? Why not just write a 500 word article, seriously how long does it take? Instead, you choose to exploit someone who is putting good faith in you. If you're so desperate, just pull up an article on google and rewrite it in your own words. A lot of people do that and although it may not be right to sell content that way, you would at least be able to justify it.

Dude just stfu. I use this for my churn-n-burn sites. I have only tested by selling articles on Fiverr. I haven't forced anyone to. What you do with this information is completely upto you.

Most of them look for people on Freelancer or Upwork. If they're looking for articles to get written ,go ahead and ask them if they're looking for writers for their sites. Some threads in the Hire a Freelancer section too looking for writers.
Never quite tried to look for small sites to write for,sorry. :|
