1- Go to Africa (or any other place where obscure diseases are present, no racism intended)
2- catch an obscure and deadly (but curable) disease (let's call it X)
3- buy the domain name "x.com"
4- go to a big nation such as the US and spread the disease
5- sell the domain for $100k+
6- use the money to get cured and enjoy the rest of it.

I tried to register ebola.com 5 days after its registered. :/ Fuck it..
 
Works best if you already have an incurable disease
then get a couple more.
Though try and live long enough to spend the money.

You can increase profit margins by spreading the disease somewhere that healthcare is free, such as UK.
 
I have some acquaintance's that would be willing to catch the disease for flight costs and free 'medical' marijuana lol..
