Since I've seen a lot of people search for proxies and ways of getting them, I decided to share with you a way that I used back in the day when I was scanning for them. (dunno if it was ever shared before or not)

Almost every proxy scanning and checking software uses sites called proxy judges, to verify the connectivity and anonymity of the proxies. Many people use public proxy judges to scan for and test their proxy lists.

So here's what you do:

1. Download the (edited) proxy judge script here:
Code:
http://depositfiles.com/en/files/u7jh3txdh
2. Upload it onto your server
3. Post your proxy judge link on proxy forums so people start using it with their scanning software (include a few other proxy judges along so it won't look like you're trying to push just yours... cause it may be suspicious)
4. Collect the proxy IP's from the proxylist.txt file that the script creates

The script works this way:
Proxy scanning/testing application tries to connect to your proxy judge through a proxy. If it connects, it marks the proxy as alive, if not, it's dead.

So I just added some code in there that saves every IP that connects to your proxy judge, which will result in it making a list of every working proxy that connected to it.

While others use your proxy judge to scan for proxies, this proxy judge script will save every working proxy that others found. So basically they do all the work for you. Once you have some IP's to work with, load them in an application and port-scan them for the usual proxy ports.

It's a lot easier doing it this way than scanning various random ranges hoping to hit a proxy IP ;)

PS: Sorry if I didn't explain it in noob-proof ... but you should have some basic knowledge of proxy scanning to understand it

Great idea. It would probably use a lot of traffic, though.
