You can do this with anything, not just warez. Get creative people! I gave away stuff on Craigslist...if you want to save money, you can create your own iFrame.

hey wolfpack... one day I will surely buy cpaGod, but not now. Do you know of a primer on how to accurately crop and position an iFrame, and kinda simulate what cpaGod does (blank referrer, redirect after submit). I know the basics of iframing but not really about coordinates. Either way, Ill keep searching.

Yes but it wont fake the referrer so you will get banned if you use a normal iframe to iframe the email submit.
True, but simple solution is to use cparedirector from Brad in the downloads section. Either on wordpress or standalone....doesn't really matter.
1. use cakeslice to create iframe for BH site
2. create a WH site with the offers you will slice
3. then replace the url in the cakeslice iframe code with the cparedirector url from your WH site. (ie. hxxp://WHsite.com/offer.php?mn=1234 )
Now it will fake the referrer to hxxp://WHsite.com/offer.php. simply enough.
