Make my own CPA offer (script needed)

I am looking for an incentive script that is a template for a cpa offer, if support comes with it that is +1. I need it to be highly customizable I am not looking for a gptsite I am looking for a lander and a down line where you can fill out offers to get said gift.

Lol its just a basic cpa offer everyone knows what a one page email submit is
at least if they information on a script.

Thats because its geo targeted to keep people not from the US from seeing it. You shouldn't post aff links directly on a forum like this which tells me your knowledge is definitely insufficient to run your own email submit...

But if you want to take that plunge I can make, or refer you to some who can make, a simple lander for you. I also will run it at my network provided pre payment for leads.

Or probably the fact that I really don't give a fuck plays into the whole thing, I was tired and don't give a fuck really about that current network. If someone really wanted to they could get the advertiser information anyway.

I have made more then enough as an affiliate/publisher and im ready to make the plunge as a advertiser. Now you dont even know how to make a cpa offer because its a lot more complicated then a fucking simple lander.

And no-one would ever join/ do legitimate leads on your scam ass network with you being such an asshole like that its no way to run a business. For Christ sake I had 3 people pm me about you.
