Make my Google Ads 'Approved'

Hi all,

I've been using and testing lots of stuff regarding Google Ads lately. Buying accounts and testing new strategies. However, I keep running into a specific problem in a specific niche.

The niche is Government documents, which we are selling.

For ads we use aged ad accounts and setup new campaigns with a safe page. We don't sell anything on this page, just valuable information. The ads still get disapproved. After that I created a new, total kind of 'blank' ad, in which I didn't mention any of the perhaps blocked words. Still disapproved.

I have two question:
- Are there words that can not be mentioned in ads? Words specific to that service?
- What would be the best way to get my ads to get approved?

All advice is welcome! Will be testing a lot more.

If you get disapproved in ads, you should carefully check your website's contents, and it would be advisable to build a reputation on the domain before going directly with money keywords.

You should consider cloaking the landing page URL.
