Make money without initial investments

Hi all, this is possibly 1001st thread which can be entitled "how to make money" but there we go anyway.

So I wanna start my online journey. The key twist is that I don't have any money to invest (only 2 bucks on my PayPal which isn't too much).

Of course I am a bit frustrated and don't know where to start. At first I wanna make 30-40$ within some sane timeframe (2-3 weeks or so). I have ideas swirling in my head but all of them require some initial money to be invested, that is why I am asking.

I know that the first suggestion in everyone's mind is to start with article writing. Well, at first english as you can see isn't my native language while everyone is looking for a native writer, but the main problem is there are lots of professional services here on BHW and on freelance websites. Being some one who needs an article I'd order from reputable guy/company.

I am not bad at programming though I never coded anything major. I can easily code parsers/scrapers/automation but it seems like no one needs that actually. In other words, coding is my only notable skill which I can think of, but I am ready to learn anything new.

So I don't think there's anything more to say, am waiting for your kind help.

I know Golang which is mostly used to develop tools or as server-side language.
I have little experience with HTML/JS, I can modify a template or do something like that, but I don't think I can create a website design from scratch

For fastest results go with social networks, read methods with social networks and research whats popular before starting out.

In my opinion service selling is to hard if you want faster earnings, because of huge competition.

Grow accounts, plenty of free resources to aid this. Check some open source websites who practically piece the code together already for you.

Yes I also think so, I don't think that now I can offer great customer satisfaction and couldn't invest in promotion of my service.
