Make money with web scraping?

I recently did a project with web scraping and was reminded how powerful and easy the technique can be. Which got me to thinking how can I make money with web scraping? Aside from freelancing, how can I leverage this tool? I'm thinking of some sort of automated website. I am a developer and can code pretty much anything. Any ideas, tips, recommendations?

You could scrape leads for businesses and sell those leads. Or scrape email address and mass email them promoting affiliate products.

Yeah, selling leads is an idea. A lot of manual work though. Mass email promotion sounds hard. Most people don't even open spam email and wouldn't it most likely get filtered out anyway?
