This method will make you money via what we called "Adsterra Arbitrage" using Adsterra Smart Link.

Let's get to the bottom line...
Get a working Facebook account and open a new page on it with any name. Once that is done, access the page and enter ad manager and click on create campaign.
On the campaign objective, choose "Website clicks"..... Then on the targeting section, select 'Manual' not 'Automatic,' then tick Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Audience Network.
Then move to the targeting countries and choose these South America countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, and Venezuela...... I'll prefer you go with the country that speak Portuguese language.
Once that's done, you apply this image below.
Then go to your Adsterra dashboard and copy your smart link and add it to where Facebook will ask you of your website URL, add the smart link there and include this image. Then use this as description "Don't Touch It If You Are Single".
Next is, set your budget, I'll recommend you scale your budget, so you'll need to start with small amount so Facebook won't charge you very high.
NOTE: Before you publish the campaign, go to your Adsterra account and chat any of the customer care and tell them this "Facebook flagged my smartlink as malicious, so I want you to make my smartlink in a way that no social security can flag it as malicious." Now this helps in a way that Facebook bot won't flag your smartlink because you're adding it directly without a landing page.
So once you're given a customized smartlink, you then add it to the section of website that Facebook will request..... You can firstly shorten the link with bit.ly to see if the link will be flag by them, if they don't flag it, then copy the URL and paste as website URL and hit the publish button.
Another thing to do next is, chat the Adsterra support again and tell them that you're about sending top traffics to your account that there should help you send top paid offers to your smartlink. If the support ask you if they should optimize your smartlink for you, tell them now that you want top paid offers to your smartlink.
Now, once your ad is approve, check record of stats on your Adsterra account and see how the result will go...... If the results are fine, then you keep topping up.
I'll recommend you try same method on Tiktok because Tiktok charges less than Facebook but the bad news on Tiktok is, you won't be able to target those South America countries.
