Make Money with other people's debt?

Hey first Post here and it's kinda a question, long time ago I heard that some people I think in the US, can pay other people's debt that they have cause of property debt, and as "reward" they get the property, do you know something like that?

Ah really @FouHaw is this kind of game by paying debts you can get others property?

it exist in all country.
basicly is buying property that people fail to pay at cheap cost. the spesific requirement will be diff from country to country.
but the main point is relation & capital
you have enough money to buy it on cash, and build relation you need. mainly to someone work inside a bank to get you fresh list of failed property and give piority for you to buy, and one in law for name change etc. it's hard to entry business but very profitable

you got to sign some real shit to acquire properties like that. So, know your rights.
