Make money with graphic design

It's a good idea to start with your services (photography, retouching, manipulating) on a cheaper rate, but don't sell yourself short from the get-go.
If your portofolio breathes quality work people will be more then happy to pay for it!
The problem with doing things (too) cheap to try and get more work, will be hard to shake as people will see you as the cheap option. Cheap isn't always the best option. The same with every product or service.

I use shutterstock a lot while doing my day job. The quality is top notch. You can try and get on board, but i've heard it's hard to get accepted and the competition is fierce. Good luck!

FInd some micro transaction website on internet like Fiverr or People Per Hour, there are lot of Photoshop editing work for newbies too. you can generate a smart figure if you manage your profile cleverly and deliver quality work to your starting clients.

feel free to ask if you have any question related this

If your skills are of beginners level, use micro transaction sites like fiverr and 1 rs people for getting work experience then move to the big platforms

I see that Fiverr didn't workout for you but you should keep up. It will work indeed. I personally have had quite a success with fiverr gigs.
You should learn making your gigs appealing and keep the standards bery high. It will sell for sure.

I remember back when I had a graphic designer working for me, I wanted to do an experiment. I had him go out and find a client. I told him he had a day to do it. I told him what to do and before the day was done, he found 2 or 3 different clients. I don't remember exactly, but to answer your question: yes. you can. and you can get clients quickly.

Wise people say, that after maybe 2020 there will be only scripting - based designers. All others will starve. Photoshop actions, you know... Check out purchase rates of some scripts on envato, for example.

Posted January 5th, OP last seen January 6th.
While I doubt OP will be coming back to read these answers what I would suggest doing for anyone in OP's position is to show off their skills by uploading their work as their avatar and linking their website/portfolio somewhere on their profile/signature and being active on the forum. Not only on this forum, but on any forum where your artistic skills would be valuable. Which forums are valuable you may ask? Well, when I was younger for example, I used to play quite a few online games which had forums that allowed signatures. There were quite a few people who were willing to throw some cash towards having a cool signature featuring their character or some other aspect of the game. I use this as an example because if you had never been into online games before, you would not even know that this market existed. The great thing about this is that you can get some pretty unique work for your portfolio and make quite a few sales through word of mouth if you do a good enough job because people will be seeing that signature on a daily basis and asking where the person got it. Also, if you establish some sort of connection with them, be it through Skype or social media, they might even buy from you again when their signature is either out dated or they change games. Money is everywhere, you just have to find it!

1) You can create an instagram account with some great photos, gain followers and promote some products.
2) Stock services are also very good to make some kinda 'passive' income.
3) I have a friend and he's a photographer, but previously he was just doing some photo processing for other photographers (sometimes they have a lot of work to be done and delegate such things)

Simple is this if you need to get work then you have worked hard, make you profile realistic, set best description, add poerpoint and impactful images of your work and share it your social media sites. You will definitely get work....BEST OF LUCK!

I think fiverr.com would be best for you, beside you can try on upwork or freelancer.com
