Hello,
My Brief Intro : Made first online bucks in 2008 and then left the industry in 2013. Now after very bad time trying to do again. .. Back to Present.

I Believe i can do website optimization to increase speed. But problem is How can i get clients? I can offer free service Initially to check my ability as well as to gain trust. I can optimize Wordpress, may be other. I did with one of my website size reduced from 2mb to 350kb with same design and features. Page load speed from 4 seconds to below 2 seconds. Google Insight Score From 40 to 92+.

Do you think i can make some money with it ? Not much but around $2000 per month from this kind of service? I can do work 8 hours a day.

All work is good! It's knowledge, it's freedom and in this case money! Not everyone knows how to do the job you do, I think it's a very good idea, although Wordpress is a CMS that can be optimized quite well, clearly you have to have knowledge to do it, so I would recommend that to show your skills you do some work for free, then you can think about charging for it.

Your best bet to find clients is to find contact info from website owners with slow websites.

One way to do this is to use Google PageSpeed Insights and enter a URL. Then you get a score, plus load time and so on. If the website has a bad score, you can reach out to them saying, "Hey, ran your website through Google PageSpeed, and its loading time was over 5 seconds. Not sure if you know this, but 45%+ people drop off when a website takes more than 3 seconds to load" or something like that.

The only problem with this approach is that you'd have to enter every website manually.

So in your case, I'd use a software like Clay, that integrates Google PageSpeed insights within a sheet. That way, you can run page speeds at scale. Then - still within the tool - you can filter all the websites that have score below 50, and find contact information for the owner of these websites.

Once you've got a hang of this workflow, you can actually send hundreds of messages every day, to people who have a badly optimized website. Since you only need 1-2 people to make a few thousands, you could reach your objectives pretty fast with only few clients :)

It will work, but making a lot of money takes time, hard work, and a good plan. Focus on making high-quality work and giving as much as offers to people.

Both are pretty much useless for new profiles. Sad, but true. You could try getting fake reviews but that way you are already breaking the rules.

Offer your service here op (ofcourse, read the rules first..). In my experience bhw is a far better marketplace than the fiverrs and the upworks. If the price is competitive and the service is good, it doesn’t take time for the word to spread.
 
Perhaps offering the service through a website you make would be good.

1. people will get to know the name and associate it with you
2. SEO & google search could push quite a bit of customers

Haha I just realise that i am an old member here. Ofcourse, that’s the problem with any freelancing platform/marketplace. To get the attention you have to be better than the average, and pitch yourself. Fortunately you can promote your signature here, and you can post whatever (within terms) you want to.

Yup, bhw is better. Upwork can suck their connects back in their backhole.
