You can buy a domain for 1$ from Godaddy and try a free hosting in the beginning, and after you make some money you can switch to paid hosting.

What skills have you got Becasue if you have no skills Domain and hosting wont be any good to you.

On the other hand There is nothing wrong with blogger.com. You can always put your domain onn there.
when you get a couple of bucks.

Or if you want to use plugins. Google for Freehosting with cpanel.

This is the best and cheapest way to start. and you will find out if its worth your while being in thi game

On fiverr there is a section called requested gigs or something like that where people have posted custom requests. You can look through that list an offer to do one of those and make a quick 5-10$. This should be enough for a domain + hosting.
