You should be able to find something similar to this on Fiverr, but I'm not to sure of anything that would be legitimate and not botted.

But forum posts are much more reliable when botted then say, twitter tweets because you know if they post on forums, real people will still see the posts daily, but twitter accounts could have 150k followers that are ALL fake accounts.
