Hey guys I've seen this on Warrior Forum that's not my idea btw is a good idea though, good for people who is starting making money online, here the post:

1. Do not waste time with affiliates. - Working for affiliates is like building someone else house... Put time and energy for building your "own house".
2. Do not buy WSO.
3. Do not waste time with building list...
4. Do not spend money on one on one coaching.. you can find most of that stuff online.....

INVEST ON ASSETS! : CUSTOM SAAS , CUSTOM PLUGINS, CUSTOM WP THEMES etc.

Here is what i want you to do... ( This is ONE of the ways i make money online ) ( Recurring income )

1. Visit outsourcing website like Freelancer.com
2. Pay someone to build you a WP Theme.
3. Will cost you about 200-300$ if you hire someone in India with lots of good feedback.

3.1: Run a quick WSO and sell that theme for 25$ a pop... It will bring you your investment back in ONE day..

( I avoid 3.1 because i am not desperate for money. I can wait .. So if u can wait... Just sell on ThemeForest )

Now, Time to milk this theme

4. Put that on ThemeForest.net for sale.....

This ALONE should bring you MORE MORE MORE than your expected money without you doing anything ... Even if you have average normal looking theme.

Try to focus on Blog / Magazine type theme.

I know this because... I am Elite seller at ThemeForest and CodeCanyon. I outsourced all my themes from Freelancer.com and Odesk.com

Thats JUST one way you can make the income you desire EASILY.
Do not waste money on fads... fiveerr... Amazon affiliates...

This is indeed a great method, thanks for the share.

Well I like your idea. Can you tell us how much themes you are selling as a count and probably what is the avg. income from them. Oh, and final question - from how long u are doing that kind of business? :)

Regards!

Can you PM me your Codecanyon and Themeforest username link? I wouldn't mind taking a look at what you're selling and the numbers you're selling. Cheers.

EDIT: Just seen you shared it from WF. If you get the user pass it on. Cheers.

I wrote in main post man, I've shared this post because I liked it. I saw this post on the warrior forum, I'll try to contact the user and ask him..

Seems like a good idea. I wonder how the support goes though. May be difficult to provide support to people that purchase the theme if you do not have complete knowledge of it. Or is support not required?

Idea is good but it is hard to believe someone from WF. Question is , will it really sell after time? Will be my theme viewed? Seems like it is too easy to be true. I don't have experience, never tried sell something on codecanyon or themeforest. Maybe someone here on BHW is selling on themeforest and could give us some insights?

Neither I am, I've just seen this on WF. Method should work if you have to invest, I haven't money to invest atm. But if you take a indian expert for wp theme it should be good, but you need to build reputation first on theme forest..

It could be a problem for support... You could hire a virtual assistant for wp theme support?

Good point. In reality id imagine the support you would have to provide would be fairly minimal. Some of the requests I have seen on support forums for premium themes are just laughable. "How can I make the background green?" etcetc

If you really want to make money and have a bit more to invest, then you should look into Magento Themes. People are starting to realise places such as Shopify are too restricted and cost too much in the long run.

This is a great idea but the hard part is getting your theme approved for themeforest, as their standards are pretty high.

His advice is good. Building a real business which provides true value, money is just a bi-product. Aim should be to make customers happy.

I like your idea. The instructions are straight forward and easy to use. Once I have enough money, I am going to try out this method.

nice share & great idea for sure but i really don't believe in easy methods i'm sure this will make some obstacles when trying it

As someone who actually sells themes I can assure you that althou the method is good selling themes is not as easy as its sounds espesially on themeforest.Quality requirments (both design and coding) are very high just take a look at the feedback section of the themeforest forum and see if you can match alteast some of the rejected themes that are discussed.Speding 200-300$ on freelancer.com and hoping to get a quality theme is absurd the plugins like visual post builder, sliders etc alone will cost you more than $500 for licensing.

Yes, I think it should be better to learn on your own how to make WP themes and sell for profit, you can learn all stuff on youtube and tutorials websites. You should hire someone to work with you and you sell products and give % of profits to your workers...
