Hi,

Can i promote sqeeze pages on G display network on make money online niche?
Do I need to make the landing page with good content etc.. or it not allowed at all?

You have to have a really good quality site, not just a page. If not, Google either won't accept it or you'll pay much higher prices.

what did you mean good site?
many pages?
good design?
is it allowed to use opt in field on the page?

if it a page on other niche, not making money online, such as weight loss, dog training or webhosting for example do I need also a good quality website?

Yes a good quality website could be both many pages and good design. Just make sure that when people come too you website, That they find value in it.
