JK. there are lots of things you could do like growing a page/group and promoting your offers, Using the Facebook Adbreak, Instant article. Or you could easily create Facebook accounts and sell them. It's very demanding now.
 
Create a FB page and group with a lot of followers and sell it.
 
As other say, yes create a group with lot of followers is a good way but it takes a long time. On the other hand, try to find something what are you good in. And start to promote it. Are you good in painting? do you like mode? sport ? Take a pictures of your favorite outfit, upload a video from your workout and dont forget on one important thing. Tag tag and tag!!! Tag a brand of clothes which you wear. They may want to cooperate with you and take to you free clothes. You will promote them and than you will earn money
 
Buy cheap fb clicks.through bid limits and drive it to a squeeze page where you give away a book or report. Use lookalike audiences to max out targeting.
 
Learn advertising through facebook ads. That's one way you could monetize via facebook. Else create a page where you would be able to attract a lot off traffic, focus on one thing that you are good at and can attract followers.

Join or create a group that is active. Start being active in the group that you joined. Post video, photos, share your ideas, ask question. So you become a figure people recognise in a group. Then after some time you can make an offer to them. In any way you must provide some value to people so they will be keen to purchase whatever you are selling or offering to them.
Another way, you join groups and start spamming them with your offers but the response rate will be low as they dont trust you. Best way is to build your reputation and being helpful to people and then offering your product or service
