Your thread title is more misleading than an AD for fake tits.....you don't use those copyrighted videos you run ADs on those videos..... different things.

The method was basically affiliate promotion using video ads.
The real method is the creator of the video is using affiliate links for all the different tools he recommends using that will end up requiring someone to sign up for over 4 different tools to get running (Canva + video creator + vps web hosting etc) + getting an adwords account, which requires you to spend at least $25 (but he's trying to position it as free).
Nothing special about this method, not even sure why he's downloading other people's videos when he's promoting an affiliate link through video ads and not his channel.

This method is basic but it works.
The important point is the audience has to be super targeted and the product you're promoting has to be highly relevant to the audience interest.
For example if your target audience is people who are into conspiracy theories, a good product to promote is perhaps some information about secret gov plans that was recently leaked.
I know this example is kinda extreme but am just trying to demonstrate a point

Absolutely right, I did not understand everything about downloading another video?
