make money from cpa except by content locking

hey all,
i've been making money from content locking for like 6 months.. i've banked in four figures(viral scripts and blackhat stuff)

but i've seen many other networks which don't have content lockers, heard from many pub friends "Promoting offers" and stuff..
What is that exactly, it'll be helpful if someone provide me some insights

i bought my content locker pro for about couple months ago already but still done $0 with it, still have no idea how to make them submit this offers if anyone could share their ideas that would be greatly appreciated.

I've used CLP and it's sweet... my only issue is CPAs advetise for email submits, but they don't seem to actually payout on first page submits... only later down the funnel. Bollox

like do they create a wordpress site around it promoting links everywhere or something like that!

I think I know what you mean, the people that promote offers without a content locker do so by marketing the content of the offer so they submit their information without the promise of extra content afterwards. For example one way people do it is to generate an large email list of freebie seekers then email them with different offers such as enter and win an iPhone here.

Then other CPA offers are usually niche specific such as biz opp offers, people usually promote these via banners on business websites or to email lists again. There are many ways to market CPA offers without content locking and it usually provides a higher quality conversion for the advertiser as they generate a niche specific information list which is better to market to.
