Yes I know and such list exist. You can try uploading some popular code from codecanyon without changes. High chance of ban without any explaination email or "Previous violations". How previous violations if you never had an account? They need to have some list of bad code patterns used by spammers. I always suggest people to change code as much you can.

Yes, i once released a music player reskin from github and bam! Instant ban for breaking spam policy...
