U can online now. I think you ok enough. Iam from third country too. Like any other country even Tier 1 country iam sure there's problem.

My suggestion is you can build your YouTube channel with English about anything quite interest in your country and you upload it. You can monetize it with AdSense or your product even your service. No need knowledge about site, deep seo etc.

If you don't know anything about that you can find it in this forum. But you must understand to gain success in this field, IM, takes time. Good luck!
